Our luxury villa on the lake offers a dreamlike ambience, exclusive furnishings and pure relaxation. When you wake up on the first morning, you will be absolutely thrilled by the idyllic setting and the view of the tranquil lake.
Built in 2012, the villa has a total living area of 230 m² on a 1200 m² plot. The house therefore offers a direct location on the lake. The adjacent Honeymoon Lake offers space for all kinds of creatures, even an alligator might pop in from time to time. If you spend your time down at the dock, you can not only sunbathe but also observe numerous turtles.
A tour of the house
The entire house and garden are furnished and designed with great attention to detail. The interior in particular is inspired by the beautiful Floridian flair and has a very maritime feel.
As we begin our tour of the villa, we first come to the open-plan living area. The spacious room is equipped with a 55′ HD LED TV. Home cinema with DVD and Wifi also leave nothing to be desired. The exclusive kitchen is integrated directly into the living area and has high-quality granite worktops. The kitchen equipment naturally includes everything your heart desires. You are also well equipped for a barbecue. A gas barbecue in the outdoor area is of course available.
If we go to the pool area, you can marvel at the beautiful panorama of Honeymoon Lake. Adjacent to the outside dining area is the 10×5 meter heated and illuminated pool. The comfortable seating and loungers also invite you to relax. Naturally, the entire pool and terrace area is protected from unwanted insects by a screen across the entire width of the house.
The large living and dining area is adjoined by 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The utility room provides direct access to the garage. Adjacent to the master bedroom is the large bathroom, which has two showers and a free-standing Jacuzzi.
All sun-seeking vacationers will find the ideal summer tan under a light breeze on the popular wooden dock. In the idyllic tranquillity, you will immediately forget your everyday stress and the vacation feeling can begin straight away in our vacation villa in Cape Coral.

Cancellation conditions
100% refund of the total amount if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the time of check-in.
50% refund of the total amount if the cancellation is made between 14 and 30 days before the time of check-in.
If the booking is canceled less than 14 days before arrival, the total amount is due.
